About Us
We are a holiday tourist accommodation, a luxury villa with separate pool for 7 people in Guaro, Malaga on the Costa del Sol.
The accommodation is private, you do not share the property, kitchen or bathrooms with anyone.
The pool is private, you do not share the pool with anyone.
What does the reservation include?
The accommodation is delivered completely clean upon arrival and we would like to find it clean upon your departure.

Booking
To make a booking at Mirador del Chorrito you need to select a date available on our website and pay 30% to confirm the booking.
At the time of booking you will have to pay 30% of the total price of the stay by bank transfer or by card.
70% of the total reservation you will have to pay upon arrival to be able to check-in.
Yes. Fulfilling some requirements:
Payment by bank transfer: you have 48 hours to cancel the reservation if you have decided to book using the bank transfer method and have not yet made the bank transfer, by sending an email with your name and reservation information, indicating in the subject of the mail cancel booking and reservation number to the email info@miradordelchorrito.es and within 24 hours your reservation will be canceled at no cost.
If we do not receive the bank transfer of the reservation within 72 hours, the reservation will be canceled automatically. If you need to extend the 72 hour payment limit for some exceptional reason contact us before the 72 hour deadline.
If you have already made the bank transfer and want to cancel the reservation, you have up to 60 days before the arrival date to cancel without any cost.
Payment by credit card: If you have paid 30% of the reservation with your credit card, you have up to 60 days before your arrival to cancel and recover the money paid free of charge.
If you do not show up on the day of check-in, you lose the reservation money and you do not have the right to claim your refund.
Payment
For the reservation can be made by bank transfer or by payment by credit or debit card.
To make the check-in it is necessary to pay the remaining amount, for it can be done by credit or debit card and also in cash in euros.
There is no additional charge to add to the price indicated in the reservation.
Check-in
In order to carry out the appropriate check-in it is necessary that you provide a copy of the email confirming the reservation and a photocopy of the Passport or DNI of each of the persons staying at the establishment.
The check-in will be possible from 4:00 pm (Spanish time) on the first day reserved. It is necessary that you inform Mirador del Chorrito of the arrival time so that we can deliver the key at the indicated time.
Check-out
The check-out will have to be done before 12.00 (Spanish time) of the last reserved day. It is possible to check-out at dawn hours, for this it is important that you communicate a few days before you check out.
